We have long standing relationships with an extensive network of wholesale private investors. These relationships encompass:

– introducing investment opportunities to these investors;

– providing Advisory Services to these investors; and

– Investment Management services for syndicates in which these investors participate.

Actuity Investment Syndicates

Actuity makes each investment through a separate investment syndicate established specifically for that opportunity. This ensures that the investors in that opportunity and any existing stakeholders in the relevant company are aligned in relation to investment objectives and time frame on a case by case basis. Actuity’s key personnel also invest their own funds in each syndicate.

Invitations to participate in each investment syndicate are made only to qualified wholesale investors through a detailed Private Placement Memorandum.

The relationship between the investors in each syndicate is governed by a Syndicate Trust Deed. Key features of this Deed include approval and reporting processes between Actuity and the investors and  the appointment of an Investor Advisory Board. The Advisory Board provide inputs and acts as a “sounding board” for Actuity in connection with the ongoing management and performance of the investment.

Actuity does not hold any investor funds or assets. The assets of each investment syndicate, including all application moneys, income receipts and capital distributions, are held by an independent ASIC-licenced custodian.
